To access the full  Rule Book, select the "Complete Rule Book" drop down.  There you will find the complete book of rules as printed and distributed for the Spring and Fall season.  For summarized version of the rules by division, simply select the appropriate division drop down.  Its important to note, the complete Rule Book will always govern over any discrepencies that may occur between summarized versions and the complete rule book.
