1. I understand that I will be expected to abide by the Umpire's Code of Responsibility as stated in the OYBI Rule Book.

2. I understand that, as I am paid by OYBI, I will answer to the Commissioners of Umpires, the OYBI Umpire Program, and the OYBI General Board.

3. I understand that a requirement to be an umpire for OYBI includes the following:

a) sign an Umpire's Contract,
b) attend two indoor training sessions and one mid-season training session as provided by the Commissioners of Umpires.
