Recreational Division
All teams grades K, 1, 2 and 3 are considered as Recreational level teams. Grades 4, 5 and 6 will continue to have Recreational level teams: Grades 7 and 8, may or may not, depending on the number of players and/or teams available.
Playing rules and participation requirements are geared to maximize the opportunity for players to learn the game and enjoy the experience of growing up with the sport. These teams are basically school or neighborhood area based teams put together by managers or the Board. Managers may assemble a complete or partial roster to be submitted to the League. If additional players are needed, they will come from the pool of players who have signed up individually to be placed. As teams move on to older grades/ages, the may remain Recreational or move to higher level. Grades K,1 and 2, scores may be recorded but no standings are kept and all players receive a participation award. Regardless of the level of play the BOD will provide the same level of logistical support, equipment, clothing, facilities and officiating as is available to all teams of that particular grade.
