Practice/Game Conflict Date Request Form

OYBI will not make schedule changes for teams once schedule has been approved by League Presidents. There will be No Exceptions. OYBI will reschedule rained out games in the same week, so plan accordingly. All Requests May Not Be Granted, but we will try to accommodate.

Remember to have your parents check School Schedules for Band, Track Meets, etc. Boy Scouts, Campouts, Soccer, Basketball, and Church Events. Managers are required to make arrangements with parents/players for any absence, also use the Call-Up Rule for players.
